Cookie Corner Cafe began with a heart-shaped matcha crepe cake I made during one of my first crepe cake experiments. As a self-taught baker, I’ve always loved trying new pastries, and crepe cakes quickly became a favourite. They’re unique, delicious, and often hard to find or very expensive. Perfecting my own version, layer by layer, with a balanced matcha flavour became the moment I knew I wanted to share that same care and flavour with others.

I now focus on handmade, made-to-order desserts with a gentle "not too sweet" flavour profile inspired by Asian-style treats. My menu features matcha and crème brûlée crepe cakes, matcha cheesecake, and matcha tiramisu, all crafted with premium Uji matcha from Japan. Each dessert is soft, creamy, and layered, with a cozy, rustic look. The designs are simple and cute, but the focus is always on flavour and quality.

Cookie Corner Cafe also hosts seasonal pop-up events and workshops that I run with my best friend from high school, such as New Year vision board sessions and Valentine's cake or sugar cookie decorating. The atmosphere is cozy and creative, where guests can relax, make new friends, enjoy specialty drinks, and take home something they've made themselves.
